MEXICANA and American Airlines Agree...
Mexico's second-largest airline, said it would sign a code-share agreement with American Airlines in April that will include more than 500 roundtrip flights each week between the U.S. and Mexico. It will allow American's passengers to fly to 21 new cities in Mexico, including Merida and Oaxaca. The agreement allows members of each airline's frequent-flyer programs to accrue miles on either airline. The partnership comes two months after Mexicana terminated its code-share agreement with United.

Fewer Flights at O'Hare
American and United airlines have agreed to reduce flights due to heavy delays during peak travel times from 1pm - 8pm. The two carriers have agreed to reduce their schedule by 5% to help alleviate delays and congestion.
