WHY Meeting Incentive Experts?
INCENTIVES & TAXES
Interpreting the tax codes for your Incentive program.

A pure incentive trip - one where the trip is being taken primarily for pleasure - is responsible for paying taxes on the fair market value of the trip (Air-Hotel-Transportation, etc.) The company gets a dollar-by-dollar deduction on the cost of the total trip. Some companies award cash bonuses to help offset the taxes that will be owed by the recipient. For more information on the regulations on Incentive travel, visit the IRS website or call 800 829 1040 to order form 463 and 535.

CUERNAVACA - LOOK NO FURTHER!
Cuernavaca, well known as the "eternal spring," has so much to offer for special interest and incentive programs. And Mexicana Airlines now offers a new daily flight to Cuernavaca.

What to do? You can start your day by exploring the museums or climbing the pyramids of Xoxicalco. There are so many other attractions to visit: Cortez palace, the Borda gardens, The XVI Century cathedral, and The Robert Brady Museum, to name just a few. Or take in the former Hacienda of Cortez, or the many haciendas and convents that surround Cuernavaca. There are many places to enjoy a wide range of activities: climb mountains of impressive beauty, do some horseback riding, brave the rapids in a raft or kayak through the Amacuzac River.

Where to stay? There are many old haciendas which were built in the XV and XVII centuries and are rich in history. We would recommend the following Haciendas and hotels: Casa Colonial, Hacienda Vista Hermosa, Hosteria Las Quintas and also the Camino Real Sumiya.

In downtown Cuernavaca you'll find the traditional shopping area, where there are markets with many distinctive local arts and crafts.

Magnificent dining is available in many restaurants with a large variety of national and international dishes. For example, try beautiful Casa Hidalgo overlooking the Hacienda de Cortez in the main square, which offers traditional Mexican cuisine.

And when Cuernavaca gets dressed up, the light and sound offers an intense nightlife.

Meeting Incentive Experts knows Cuernavaca and the State of Morelos. Contact us today for an out-of-this-world Mexican experience!
